So last year it was pretty obvious what to focus on during the preseason games...the QB battle between Flynn and Wilson, oh and that short stint with T.O. to see if he could actually catch the ball.

So what/who in your opinion are the biggest things to watch in these upcoming preseason games?

And although they don't matter, do we see another 4-0 Preseason record this year?

The #2 TE battle is going to be a big story, with Willson, Helfet and McGrath all in contention (and Darren Fells is still in the building). The battle between Thurmond and Winfield for the starting nickle will be big too. WT3 has game, but is he finally healthy..? It'll be interesting to see who emerges at the leading 3-techs to take over for the recently departed rotation of Alan Branch and Jason Jones (I'm thingking it'll probably be Michael Bennett on passing downs and Clint McDonald on the running downs with healthy doses of Greg Scruggs and Jordan Hill in relief).

It'll be interesting to see who emerges as the premiere returner now that our all-world returner has moved on. My money's on Christine Michael. Dude has got some crazy acceleration and slick moves from what I can see.

Honestly, I don't even look at the score in pre-season, so I don't care about the record. "Winning" in pre-season is totally independent of the score on the board at the end of the game.

After going to yesterday's practice I'm curious about who is going to end up as our backup QB. Tjack looked really good. Obviously, the smart money is on him for a variety of reasons but I'm interested to see him play again. He was throwing the ball really well yesterday.

When I went friday, Brady looked better IMO, at least in being able to keep the same style offense. So yeah it'd be interesting to see.
