Who is going to do it? Certainly not our local media. They softball him so much its insane.

Who is going to ask him just why they continually left Russell Wilson back in the pocket with no protection? Why he insists on hanging our franchise QB out to dry like that. The punishment Russell is taking is too much. The kid is going to get hurt and this rate and when he goes down so do our Superbowl hopes.

Why didn't the Hawks make adjustments? Why didn't they sprint him out instead of having him sit back there behind center with a bulls eye on his chest. Why not screen passes, draw plays, quick hitters, roll outs? Move the pocket! do anything. Leave everyone back there! I don't care! You cannot continue to allow teams to beat up your franchise QB. Our hopes ride on his shoulders and Pete needs to answer the questions on why he refused to help him. Why the 4 wide receivers? Why empty backfields? Why 8 carries for Lynch? Why, why why?

If Russell Wilson goes down I will never forgive Pete.

I wish, just this once, that somebody would ask him to explain himself.

Even if they ask, or push him hard (as Paul Allen might) what do you expect him to actually divulge that he hasn't already said in press conferences, on KJR, etc.?

Still got to ask the questions. That's the job.

There's a fine line between being inquisitive and probing or invasive and belligerent.

I'm with Dom. This is an outrage.

The Seattle softball media needs to step it up a bit.

Always Compete, Seattle Media. Always Compete.

I want him to be held accountable. I want him to say they are going to help Russell out. I want him to admit he is wrong and not be so damn stuborn and hell bent on 5 to 7 step drops with an oline as shitty as ours. I want him to make me feel better. I want him to tell us he has a plan to fix it and that its going to be fixed. Not just... Well we will get our guys back and it will get better.. Bullshit!!! Thats weeks away and Russell is one wrong hit away from being gone.

The time to make changes has come and gone. We are riding a very thin line right now and he needs to make the proper adjustments. That is what coaches do.

What would YOU suggest to fix it?

Basically what you are asking is...

"Pete, why can't you heal Okung and Breno quicker? Did you not go to medical school"

That would be the same old shit he has been giving us. you lose your guys and you make changes. He must make changes or bad things are going to happen. Wilson is developing happy feet and I for one dont blame him.

Time to step up and be a coach Pete.

What a statement by Mr. Mora!!! He is saying that only paid members of our staff, our coaches, are good enough to evaluate our players.

Nothing but 100% Bull Sh*t!!

I want the questions to be answered by fixing the problems on the field. Outside of that I don't really care what him or anybody else has to say about it.

They tried rolling out. They rolled Wilson face first into a DE that they couldn't block. Want to neutralize a blitz? Get rid of the football and burn them with a big play in single coverage.

Kearse will get to play now. Hold onto the damn slant, and he is going to be HUGE. That guy is better than anybody in the history of football at getting open on a slant and having the ball bounce off his hands.

To me the tough questions are:

1. Do you trust Marshawn at the 1?

2. Clock management at the end of the game.

The questions about the passing game are softball questions IMO. They have to get better at specific things, they just have to, and it will be easy for Pete to say they're going to work on it and improve. At least it is a very tangible item, and they have a QB that you can trust to improve and figure it out.

This is my view; what the OP wants isn't a helpful strategy against the teams we'll play coming up.

Pete: Here's what I should have done, and here's what we're going to do to fix it... (fill in the blank)
Harbaugh: Thanks, Pete, for being so publicly accountable; good on ya'.

Sure. Sounds good.

Watch and either stew or be a peace, but PC is not ultimately accountable to the OP or any other fan; only to Paul Allen who pays his check. If they have a plan, and PA is fine with it, what makes you think you have the right to any in-depth explanation at all?

There you go!

Maybe you help out on the DE with a back, a TE or anyone so that you can roll Russell out and not have him sitting back there getting his ass handed to him.

I dont care if it takes receivers out of the pattern. At least it buys Russell time to throw the damn ball away and live to fight another play instead of taking all those hits.

he was hit on half his drop backs and we never made a positive adjustment.
