Suspect that Aesop could return to the PS Later this year if he isn’t grabbed by another team. Unfortunately for him despite having a good preseason he was outplayed by White. Truly the team needed a PS arm and the numbers were wrong for Aesop. The team presently certainly has a strong level of WR talent here now, Aesop is, notwithstanding, talented and I suspect even though it was a numbers thing that could change and he could be back.

Well if football doesn't work for Aesop he can always go back to penning fables :)

I wouldn't assume Buddha got an injury settlement. It's quite likely he's fully healed from his off-season injury and the Seahawks are free to release him without any further obligation.

Thanks John, accuracy is every thing. Appreciate the heads up.

Hawkstorian you are right!

BuddhaJones was just released from being on IR. There was no injury settlement.

With Pharoah Brown and Nwosu out this week, our inactives are pretty clear, as probably the 3 rookie o-linemen won't dress. I'm curious how they use the PS callups this year. Under Pete, they used them almost every week. We don't know if Arte Burns is ready to go, he could dress ahead of Pritchett.

I heard when Burns was signed to the practice squad he was going to be called up week 1

Yeah, but we don't know if he's healthy.
True. Heck, I don’t even know if the report was true, but he was released and signed to the practice squad without an injury designation so I think odds are in his favor. Kind of crazy to sign an injured player to the PS I’d think.

By rule, each of Artie Burns and Marquise Blair revert back to the PS.

Updated.
