FS- Ryan Neal has been promoted again from the PS. Two others, S- Damarious Randall and rush OLB- Tim Williams have been added to the PS.

I don't know if he has actually visited yet. Last I heard he was isolating so he could visit, then he needs to pass two tests before he actually can visit. After that we might hear something. I've read that GB is interested in him as well.

Bob Condotta is reporting the team has waived DT- Demarcus Christmas from the PS. This will leave two open spots on the PS.

This might also be a signal that the team has visited with Harrison and a signing is pending.

So far no WIKI available for DeMarkus Acy who is yet another long DB prospect who perhaps doesn't have speed but is an interesting developmental project 6' 2" 31.75 inch arms at 195. Here is an article from a 49ers fan page giving some info on him.

The next questions are who gets moved from the 53 to accommodate raising Harrison from the PS?

Him being signed to the PS is advantageous as he can be brought up for this week w/o requiring a roster cut on the 53.

I expect him to be active on Sunday if he is in adequate shape to play.

Something else that may have escaped some here is that once this team gets a few key guys back from the IR list and Adams and Dunbar return to health the D may start to show some significant improvement against the pass.

So far 2-0 on the road and both were early east coast games :2thumbs:

Pete's injury update says Adams out, but Dunbar possible for the game this week. Anything that increases our number of starter quality will help. Not sure what to make of Harrison for this week. Pete seemed inclined to wait at least a week to get him involved. The other signees I would think will have a hard time getting PT unless our injury situation worsens.

Somehow I expect we will see him this Sunday. It's a perfect opportunity to have a look at him against Dalvin Cook and Minnie's running game w/o having to make a player move with the 53. The ability to activate players off the PS for a game is a cool loophole that the team can use to see what his condition is all about.
