Seattle to Debut new “Rivalries” Uniform for 1 Game

I hope they don't go too far off the beaten path like the NBA has done with the city connect jerseys where teams often become indistinguishable from their primary brand.

Rivalry Jerseys, will have Cardinal red and white, 49er Gold and Red, and Rams Blue and Yellow, that will look like a quilted monstrosity if done that way.

I imagine it will be something along the lines of what the Houston Texans did last year with the H-Town stuff. The light blue is the official color of Harris County where the team resides. The Jersey is actually a Deep Steel Blue and not black from the Texas Flag. So is the Battle Red. The NFL even authorized them to have 3 different helmets for last year.

I forgot to add that the specific font they used for the H is a hat tip to the large latino culture in the city.

As for Seattle, the Hawks already do a lot of local culture in their uniforms, so I have no idea what they will come up with.
