Russ quite simply can’t seem to help himself. Despite the ubiquitous narrative highlighting his savant-level tone deafness with a plethora of evidence, he just keeps providing comedic material to the masses.

I’ve reached the stage of serious concern for the man’s mental state.

The joke isn’t on Russ. Russ is the jokester. He secured 8.5 m at signing and has worked off about half the 2.5m that remains. Sunk cost fallacy is why it will be Russell stepping in until Winston finally replaces him, at which point Russ asks for his release and the giants give it to him like a good sport, at which point someone picks him up for free. Maybe even the Vikings.

Imo Russ never plays a down of football in the nfl again...at least never again as a starter. Remember when he said he wanted to play into his 80s or something....
Jaxson Dart has already undergone two concussion checks. With the way he plays, I see at least one more start in Russ’ future.

Be a good guy and go to Ciara’s 40th birthday party only to find yourself a social media ad.

I'm sorry but even for fun I can't dance with a guy like he's a woman, it's
probably a me issue, I guess.

Football players dancing with each other instead of the other women presumably invited to Ciara’s party is…um, fake and gay?

I remember him saying he planned to win three or four more Super Bowls. He appears to be a little behind schedule on that goal.

Ironic that good ol’ Russ can take a shot like that at Pete and John about a team that “wants to win”…yet when Payton takes a similar shot at Russ some are up in arms.

I thought it was interesting that Saleh did the same thing to Russ as well, subtly but no different than what Payton said really.

At first, I thought Russ was dressing as Dart vs just a random white person. NYC is probably the last place anyone should dress up for Halloween as a race they aren’t, especially if you’re the quarterback with the biggest social media presence despite being a backup.

Who knew he could have played the villain? Every Seahawks fan and every Seahawks player and employee who saw that schmuck talk about how he went to Denver because wanted to go to a city (fan base) that wanted to win, and that he was glad to be going to a team he wouldn't need to carry.

But watching the villain getting his comeuppance to the point of becoming a league-wide laughingstock kinda (totally) made his whole "heel turn" (in the pro-wrestling sense, not the ballroom-dance sense) really f**kin' enjoyable in the end.

The dude is just creepy AF... I'm going to go to a therapist, and try to understand why I ever rooted for this weirdo...🤣
