O'Connell was my 1st surprise. I thought he balled out against GB. They kept O'Toole. Maybe they got confused and submitted the wrong mick to the NFL. Cuz they all look and sound the same.

Not sure what they saw in O'Toole over O'Connell. I read an article that suggests they're going to add a FA ILB or anticipate someone coming through waivers. In that case, I can see them keeping O'Toole as they'd have to pay full salary for everyone on the original 53...I'm assuming a rook would be cheaper than a yr 2 player, but not positive. Maybe they'd both be at the league min.
