I'm choosing yes based on body language.
I think the only way that he's leaving is if he retires. I think he gets the chance to finish out his contract if he so desires. All that being said, given his age I wouldn't be surprised if he decides to call it.

He's going to be 73 and he needs to blow up his coaching staff, I think he's well aware of this fact as well. It's going to be a soft reset in certain respects.

Carroll definitely didn't look like his happy go lucky self this season.

Yeah. I think we will (and should) retire.

Feels time, and at least ends on a winning season.

A good time for a new coach to come in. A QB-heavy draft and a team that has a lot of talent on it.
