Roman needs to be fired, may not be the final answer but it's a start and would send a clear message. Last night was an embarrassment, never have I seen a team with so much talent look so inept. Fangio with missing 2 pro bowl LB's, several other injured starters has been able to take a handful of rookies and make them shine. Roman has no excuse, you know your OC sucks when you're averaging 3 yrds per carry and you call for a run on 3rd and 20, and pass on 1st down over and over.
