I biased, so that should be taken into consideration, but it doesn't look like it's going to take a lot to trade for him, and there's a point where it becomes a steal with a potentially high reward.

The weird irony here is that if you ever wanted something for Pete to 'advise' on, this would be it.

Pete has a strong history of making QBs look and produce better than they actually are. To the point people actually think the QB is good.

Look at the list:
Sanchez, Leinart, whatshisname, Wilson, etc....all the way down to Geno. In fact, I am a bit worried that Geno will suddenly become much less effective now. Because whatever Pete does to make QBs look good, doesn't seem to transfer to new teams (see Wilson, Leinart, Sanchez, etc.)

So if we get that terrible QB (Fields), yeah we probably need Pete's help. Chicago should actually try to hire Pete for this reason if they can. He could probably help Fields.

Wouldn't be surprised if they're in touch about Waldron... Fields wanting the scoop. DK telling him to not feel so bad if he's traded...

Just one year, up to $5 million for Lock. League must not be all that high on him. Cool that he gets to play the Eagles twice a year now.

Man as a fan, it's hard not to feel what seems like the "abandon ship" feeling with Seahawk players right now.
The plan to accumulate the most compensatory picks in NFL history is slowly being revealed. John is SO tired of the 49ers and Rams bragging about all of theirs.

Not sure how feel about Fields, could be worth a shot for one year on the cheap? Are we as Hawk fans opposed to trading Geno & 3rd for Fields? Not in love with the Idea. But it seems our options are move up for JJ or Maye. Take Penix @ 16 or Fields?. Thoughts?

I personally would welcome the change with trading Geno if the opportunity presented itself.

Must be weird to be an NFL player. Can't follow another guy anywhere in the NFL on X without the entire low-level blogosphere turning it into a rumor storm for the clickbait.

I'm not sure it would take this much at this point to get Fields. Bring him in to battle it out with Geno. We're still always competing right? :)
