I don't see anyone blaming Russell for any of the sacks he is taking this year...yet, he's holding the ball longer than Tarvaris used to. The O-line is bad, but Russell didn't help them out at all last night.
Yeah, he should have just kept throwing the ball away last night.
The O-lines FIRST job should be to protect the Quarterback, for krist sake, but, SEVEN sacks, and twenty five hurries, is all on Wilson with 8 stacked in the box ALL NIGHT LONG???

I'm sure Russ would get the ball out if we weren't going off with with long drawn out plays behind an oline that couldn't stop a singe toddler. Bevell almost effed us last night.

Tom Cable's philosophy is to hit the other guy in the mouth before they hit you. In other words, be aggressive and not passive. Doesn't that sound like a run first O-line coach? First job for THIS oline is to run the ball, everything is second. MVP on this team is not Russell Wilson, but Marshawn Lynch. O-line has been constructed on this premise. Even opponents talk about needing to stop Hawks run game before even thinking of stopping the passing offense.
