Will Russ chant "Bronco country Let's ride" at his post game presser?

That actually felt like the most authentic post-game press conference I've heard in forever from Russell. Fewer canned cliches. Maybe he's working on not being a poser? Maybe it's sinking in for him, the work he'll need to do to have success in a timing-based, mostly-on-schedule type of offense? If Russell can actually do that, hats off to him.

It has to be a challenging time for him, getting exposed, and not having his young-Russell speed and elusiveness to bail him out. Not rooting against him, but what we've seen so far sure validates Pete's choices.

He's officially broken. Totally new approach next week?
Yeah, I think both he and Hackett are coming to grips with the reality and gravity of the situation. Aikman even pointed it out, as tactfully as he could, describing Russell's struggles in running a timing-based, on-schedule type of offense, that has never been Russell's game.

I think Russell is, for the first time in his career, actually committed to making that change. Will be fascinating to watch, and I'm not rooting against him. Awhile back, I posted a thread, "Can Russell rewire his head to 'Take the Layups'" based on Kurt Warner's breakdown of the Rams playoff beatdown. To me it seems like something on the order of learning a foreign language and becoming truly fluent in it, not an easy thing to do.

Any bets or predictions on Russell being successful in an on-schedule type of offense?

Post of the week! I actually have been subscribed to Brandon Perna's Youtube channel even before the Russell trade because his dorky and irreverent parody spares nobody, including himself, and usually lands a couple good ones each video. It figures he'd come up with something like this!
