Penny was a hit. He's more talented than Chubb.

Penny was the healthier back coming out of college. That's why they picked him. I can't fault the Seahawks process here, other than draft OL/DL in the 1st, as quality RBs can be had later in the draft consistently.

But Penny is a 1st rd talent, no doubt.
He has a ridiculous size, speed, vision combo, that is incredibly rare.

And it looks like they learned from this pick. They drafted Walker in the 2nd. Old Seahawks take Walker with pick 40, or even move up.
