Agreed. The reason the teams like browns and jets, etc are continuously bad is fans are too impatient to build. I know this is an instant gratification generation but it doesn’t work out that way. The Eagles were crap 2 years ago, now look at them.It took Pete 3 seasons to turn it around and win it all. We're in year two of the MM era.
Playoffs this year, then one more good draft, we will be full fledged contenders next season. Book it.
You nailed it, our great John Schneider is conducting the cleansing, getting rid of all Pete Carroll guys! In a year or so, we shall be free of old Pete dudes.I'm giving Mac 4-5 seasons; You have to flush a lot PC/JS
players out and that takes time, drafting and developing
takes time.
One season and a game isn't enough time @Jerhawk
Also supposed to get a little rain Thursday. That’ll help.Thankfully, a lot better than last week. We had some wind blow through and helped clear it out some.
I dont care that carroll's gone, he's still relevant as it pertains to the OPs statement about Schneider and the last decade of drafting.Quit talking about Pete, he is gone. We are in the Schneider era, praise the champ!!!

This 100% give the man some time to build this team to fit his system. If we fire MM after this year it won't look good for the Hawks as a franchise. No one wants accept a job where they know they will not be given the opportunity to build their own team. I can't see how anyone would think he needs to be gone already.
I don't know that I have enough evidence reggarding the head coach's talent, I do know that we have an absolute terrible and completely absentee team owner. Our GM needs to be on the hot seat. Darrnold really? That's a push at best. We chose to not pursue Aaron Rodgers. Why? He's still great (had a better season last year on a crap team then Mahomes did stat wise) It's just sad that we keep signing mediocre QB's. When Rogers goes off again next week. What then will we say? It's just very frustrating.Cheers
