I think they did and that was the problem. The one video I caught that went into detail said in game 4, DAL was able to keep a big in the paint pretty commonly on defense. In game 5, Boston adjusted hard with offensive movement to constantly pull the big man out of the paint and open a lot more options up. (Pretty sure this was in a breakdown by Thinking Basketball on YouTube).
