I think Kearse may end up being your best WR this year, or close to it. I like his size and skills.

Harvin is spectacular but not dependable, and we've yet to really see how he will integrate into our offense full time. Baldwin is steady. Kearse is a #4 with big play ability. The rest of the WR corp is pretty much below average, including Lockette. My hope is that after the draft and FA at least two guys, at least one a big guy, will step up, but that's a lot to hope for.

I see it the same way. If Harvin is healthy and productive for the entire season then we have the 5th-8th best group as our roster is constructed today. On the other hand, if Harvin goes down then we suddenly have the 25th-30th best group.

I still think we are going to add a potential starter at split end, probably a big guy in the draft or maybe we will resign Rice. On the other hand, we have not drafted a receiver yet who has come in and contributed immediately. I don't know if that makes it more or less likely that we would turn to a "polished" WR like Jordan Matthews who is a bit slower but reportedly is already an excellent route runner.
