POLL: What's Your Thoughts On The Retros?

I like them. I've been looking forward to these coming back for a throwback game. Just remember though, if the Browns happen to put a hurtin on the Hawks Oct 6 it wasn't because of the uni's. Doubt that'll happen but I just thought I'd throw it out there.

I get the whole "stoned seagull" aspect but I still love it because it's our original logo and pays homage to the Pacific Northwest native americans, so stoned or not, I love that they went back to it for the retros. After all, what's the point of a throwback or retro uniform if you use your current logo? Doesn't make any sense to me. Outside of a few previously discussed issues, I think they did a fantastic job with the throwbacks.

PS, this isn't aimed at anyone in particular, just sharing my thoughts on the topic.

Honestly I love our current colors but I think the old colors ROCK. I would love to see them come back permanently but with the angry bird.

I don't care for the powder blue of the jerseys. Reminds me of the Chargers jersey color.

The color of the jerseys should be Royal Blue.

Not powder blue but a slight "dusty" royal blue I would say.

This is the color they should have been IMO...




Now truth be told you can go search "Seahawks 1990s" and come up with all different tones of blue, based on the lighting, indoors or outdoors and a host of other factors that can create a false tone of the actual jersey.

Some look lighter, some darker, some purply, lol.

In the end, I am just thrilled they finally get to wear the retros, even with modern day concessions.

Come on... you're comparing what is being sold on fanatics.com to what the Chargers jersey looks like.

Go back and compare the OP's photos of the new jerseys to the Chargers jersey...and perhaps you'll see the similarity.

I agree they aren’t as dark as the OG ‘90s, but they are not powder blue. They’re just a lighter shade of royal.

Edit to add: The Bolts do have both royal and navy versions of their unis as of 2020, so maybe that’s where the confusion is arising…?

Not on my part. For Retros, I want the original shade of blue... not a lighter or darker one... but that's just me.

They’re pretty nice!

But I have 6 Seahawks jerseys already, so I can’t convince myself to buy another one, even if it’s todays RETRO jersey.

1. Blue 12 (current era)
2. Blue Chancellor
3. Blue Easley
4. Blue Walter Jones (retro era)
5. White Largent
6. Grey Wilson (planning to donate this)

My favorite is the Largent, Jones, and Chancellor. The Easley blue isn’t as a vibrant, royal blue, as I’d like.

IF there had to be another one, it should be for anyone who doesn't like these jerseys.
