I was surprised Connor Williams played the whole game. I thought they would roll with Olu and give Williams a chance to recover from his ACL injury last December. Williams did alright, but he should get better as time goes on.

Right tackle is clearly the biggest concern. George Fant went out after 13 snaps, and wasn't doing that well before he was injured. Stone Forsythe is not the answer, but we probably don't have the answer on the current roster. They had to use AJ Barner in the second half to help out Forsythe.

Both guards were horrible in pass protection, but were fine in run blocking. Maybe Christian Haynes gets a chance?

It was good to see that Cross seems to have stepped up his game in his third year.

Can any of our rookies play RT? Have to be better than stone feet.

They might try Jerell there. Was inactive last game or McClendon Curtis. Not sure either are the answer but may be better than Forsythe.

No news on Fant isn't a good sign

Good to get off the mark with a Win
OL looks our weakness at moment, perhaps a Free Agent or we scout well & look to next years draft

Patriots looked better than expected at Bengals so we'll need to be on it next weekend

I know this is about Forsythe getting blown up and rightfully so but also watch Cross on that play. He gets pushed back 5 or 6 yards but eventually wins so it doesn't show up in the stats as a negative. But this happens a lot with him. Worries me considering we are counting on that investment being franchise LT. Worries me that he's not a second contract kind of guy.

Right now there's bigger worries considering the state of the rest of the line but still concerning long term.

Was there a point in that reply? I am gonna guess that you assume that I said that he isn't good on every single play and can't be dominant at times or something like that.

I hope there is open competition for both guard positions as well as R Tackle. I would like to see what Curtis can do at RT, and Haynes at RG. Grubb may still need to work towards getting the ball out quickly and focusing on running the ball more until this OL as a whole can prove they can protect as a unit.

Rookie Dominick Puni was Dominant against the Jets. He was taken right after Christian Haynes. Can we lose Tomlinson or Bradford and get Haynes on the frickin field? please

It's a process. The o-line chemistry is going develop as their time together grows.

I like it and hope you're correct. The only thing is that our offensive line always seem to get injured . I don't know if other teams deal with injuries like our Seahawks .

Does anyone know
