Every time I see him on the sidlines come game day, his complexion always looks yellow to me. It's the weirdest thing.

OK if you see yellow then jaundice could be indicated.

He's failed to adequately address the QB position in over a decade.

I think Fisher is overrated by some as well, but you can't fairly knock him for the QB issues his teams have had.

He's a defensive coach from the Buddy Ryan tree and was the youngest defensive coordinator in the league when he was promoted there with the late 80's Eagles. When he ended up with the head coaching job with the Oilers/Titans he had very limited input on any personnel decisions, let alone involving the offensive side of the football. In fact, that whole conflict with the GMs in the 2000's that led to the GM leaving after drafting Vince Young was because Fisher wanted to have input on personnel matters and wasn't being involved. This was one of those rare NFL cases where the owner picks the coach over the GM. And while Fisher undoubtedly had more influence after that it wasn't like they could go back and draft another QB high while they were still in the middle of the Vince Young gamble.

Fisher is one of the most overrated coaches of all-time. If you want an overpaid HC with a porn-stache that coaches his teams to play dirty (recent reminder being their practice fight with the Cowboys) and routinely hovers around .500 .. Fish is your man!

We hate him here too. He was hired as the head coach of Pitt, talked a good game, then wrecked the recruiting, the offense, and the quarterback, alienated the media, the boosters, and all the coaches at the top local high schools, then left for AZ with half his staff before the season ended.
