NFC's Rams and Panthers are No. 1 and 2, according to this list. Hard to argue with that, though the Cardinals and Seahawks deserve more respect.
Seahawks and Panthers led the league with just four rushing TDs allowed last season. All of the NFC West defensive fronts are pretty amazing. It makes what Marshawn Lynch accomplished the last couple seasons even more impressive.
