NFL FA still available

I'm surprised there are still big names on the FA available list -

Wes Welker, Reggie Wayne, Ray Rice.

Surprised that the Cowboys haven't taken Rice. They have a glaring weakness at RB with Murray's departure. Rice may be a decent pick up for them. Definitely better than McFadden and company.

Houston might be in play for a RB now that Foster may be out for awhile.

I dunno, last time we saw Rice he was running for 3.1 YPC, and I thought he was going to be out of the league within a year or two anyways, that dude is done. I still like McFadden's talent. Will be interesting to see what he can do once he isn't a Raider.

Reggie Wayne can help somebody. Nobody wants to watch Wes Welker die on the field.

Maybe Texans will pick up Rice.

Arian Foster will be out 1/2 season with Groin injury.

I'm blown away by people who are surprised by Rice not being signed, he will kill any teams level of respect. He knocked out a woman on camera, any team that picks him up could care less about there image! As far as Wayne, he will be picked up by someone closer to when the season starts unless he decides to retire and I have to agree with the earlier opinion on Welker......lots of concussions, he might be done.

You add Cowboys to that list too. They signed Greg Hardy and drafted Randy Gregory. Both of whom had some off-field issues.

Rice isn't good enough anymore; the last season he played he was pretty bad.

Cowboys are considerably better off rolling with Randle, McFadden and Dunbar than they would be by adding Rice.

I believe in someone having the right to work after serving the punishment for whatever they have done, but just because he was an NFL RB doesn't mean he is entitled to being an NFL RB again.

49ers: Hyde, Bush, Hunter - absolutely zero need for Rice

R-Words: Morris and Jones

Rams: Gurley & Mason

None of those squads would be interested in Rice.

As for Welker, I'm thinking no one wants to run the risk of something catastrophic happening to him.
