I thought he got out of his slump against the Titans....

Like all good players Darnold makes some good plays even when in a slump. It getting rid of the awful plays that makes the difference.

I prefer we start fast because if we do, it keeps us ahead of the game against better offenses that could put up points in a hurry.

I got this, buddy. They don't even have to play badly in any aspect and it's still possible to take issue with a desirable outcome.

I get what you’re saying SFish…..and some of us always complain no matter if it’s a dub or not! Very true.

But, I agree with @glenwo2 . Maybe I’m thinking too far ahead, but the offense that took the field in the first half won’t cut it come playoff time.

Always happy for a dub but, we need to be clicking on all cylinders for a full game to take on the likes of the Rams, Packers, Bears, etc…

Someone jokingly asked if we have a traveling psychologist in the Game Day forums. Sam looked SHOOK in the first half.

Come the second half, he looked like a damn All-Pro. That cat has me a bit worried…just in the sense that when he’s on, he looks like one of the best in the league. But when he’s not, oh boy…the league leader in turnovers shows up.

Anyways…I don’t think we have gel’d just yet. Which is crazy because this team has an incredible record…pundits had us nowhere near the playoff picture and here we are…

When/IF this team plays like they can play for the whole game….get ready to break your piggy bank because they’re headed to the Superb Owl.
