I've often thought of going, heard it's worth the trip as well. When Holmgren gets inducted I'll probably make the pilgrimage.

My first and only trip to the HoF was in 1983... 42 years ago... just 7 years after the inaugural season of your Seattle Seahawks. It was a long time ago.

If you do plan a trip, try not to do it if the previous Owl was won by a team you do no like. I went after 48 (July 2014) and there was a definite vibe of Seahawks throughout the building. Maybe it was just me but that is something to keep in mind.

Great pictures. Anybody else think that the Super Bowl ring should’ve had a better looking eye? The green is nice, but it should probably have had some blue in there to make it more defined.
They actually just started a new tradition where the winner gets sort of their own three walls at the end of the tour
Sage advice. I'd have to avoid it if the Packers, Stealers or the Saints won it. In my experience, the most obnoxious fans in pro football and in that order.

Not sure about the saints but those Pecker fans are awful. I have a brother in law that’s one. One giant asshole packer fan!
I lived in South Louisiana for many years, Saints & LSU fans are some of the worst. But yeah, Packer fans, in my experience, are so incredibly arrogant and entitled. They view themselves as NFL aristocracy and have the most condescending attitudes towards anyone and everyone else. There are aspects of the Packer organization (owned by the fans) and their history (Lombardi) that are kind of cool, but their fans are so F-ing obnoxious and intolerable I just can't. For the rest of my life I will find joy in two things: Seahawks success and anything negative that befalls Green Bay.

Stealers is most obvious, but living in New England can ruin your football conversations. It was super quiet during the Grogan era, and its super quiet now. Incredibly fair weather fans, but winning that much can turn any fan into a douche.
I watched that GB-SEA nfc championship game at a bar in CT, and you'd think we were in Wisconsin. Bar was full of Clay Mathews jerseys and I was only Seattle fan. Had idiots cheering every 1st down the whole game. At the end, it was one lunatic yelling back at the teary eyed cheese heads. Surprised nobody started a fight with me, but that's probably because of my energy level being thru the roof.
