Fined $1407, given 1 year suspended sentence. Seems to be a reasonable result with a bit higher than normal fine no doubt related to his celebrity status.

Meh, I think this is another case of a bazooka killing a fly. It will go down as the most expensive whiz Moffitt has ever taken. A public warning some community work service or totally suspended sentence would have been sufficient.

He won't be suspended for this situation but now faces a strike two 4 game penalty if he does some other stupid thing. Best part about this is is over and he has learned another valuable lesson from it. I suspect he's been told to shape up by the FO and will be less publicly visible. Agree on the needing to shape up comments though.

It's a dumb law. Public Urination=Indecent exposure=sex offense.
Not all states have this law. I think 13 do. Or the last time I read it was 13. Michigan is one of those. I know of two people who got busted. One is male and the other is female.

A while back, some homeless guy dropped a duece two days straight in front of the court house on 3rd (big heaping pile, maybe he should have visited San Fran with Freshly Snipes?).

Walking to the train station from 4th and Marion is like walking through someone's outhouse. Matter of fact, that whole Seattle downtown smells like a outhouse in the middle of a hot summer. Makes it tough to have much empathy for folks, though if I were in their shoes I probably would be doing the same stuff. Though I probably wouldn't hang around downtown to panhandle folks. Tough call I suppose.
