Yeah, Bennet takes care of those important to him --like everyone that starts with him, his family and friends. He should and probably will take the best contract available. Luckily for us, he is not yet being considered a premier player. No one on the Hawk D-Line made the pro bowl, which nmeans he is not getting the recognition. This is the type of player that you can retain at a reasonable price. Hopefully somewhere around 5-6m per year.
If it's going to cost more, I'd probably stick to keeping your core: Sherman, Thomas, Wright, Wagner, M Smith and possibly Irvin. Then be selective when it comes to the D-Line, keep your players that you can keep at a reasonable price.
