I doubt RW is concerned at all. Fields comp pct is nowhere near the level of Russell.

Fields is garbage. However, I don't like the trade for Howell either. Howell is a better QB than Fields.

Howell is a much better passer from the pocket than Fields and it’s not close

There is so much hyperbole around fields. He’s “garbage” now. I think he showed flashes in an organization that stunted his growth

I think the Steelers are done trying to build an offense around the QB. And going with what Arthur Smith has done which is build offenses around RBs from his many stops.

If Arthur Smith had even average QB play he would still be the HC in Atlanta.
