I'm not a brief-synopsis kind of guy, but the one big, and slightly-shocking thing I heard is when Brock asked Schneider what is different about Pete compared other coaches he's worked with. JS replied that Pete has "no ego," and that's what makes working with him so effective. It's all about the players and getting better every day. He did add in the caveat that Pete will not allow anyone to run them over either.
