Is Bobo better than Dareke Young?

IIRC, Pete had to challenge that one because it was not ruled a TD on the field. Only on replay did the refs realize that Bobo had executed a toe-tap reception reminiscent of Steve Largent, Tyler Lockett, and Doug Baldwin.

Or am I on drugs about my recall on the play was only declared a TD on review, and the refs called it correctly during play? I swear there was a game where Bobo had an amazing TD that had to go to replay to overturn the call on the field.
My memory is consistent with yours. It ended up being a helluva catch

How so? I like Bobo but dayum. Y'all making him sound like he should be our #1
I'm certainly not suggesting that Bobo is our best receiver. Right now, my guess is he's #4 behind JSN, Kupp, and (according to reports) Horton. Having said that, he has excellent hands, runs great routes, and is one of the better blocking WRs in the league, which is important in Kubiak's zone blocking scheme. He's also one of the Hawks' better special teams players, which is essential for a #4 or #5 receiver.

If Bobo was the Hawks' #1 receiver, then yeah, that's a problem. But as our #4, he adds a lot of value. Especially in Kubiak's run heavy zone blocking scheme.

I know it man he has some nice qualities but he would lose a footrace to Joey Hunt. Let’s hope the intangibles outweigh the foot speed

And what has Bobo really done in the NFL? Glad he's a Hawk, but jeezus people, how in the world did Jake Bobo become the next HOF WR?
I love this place so much. Only on dot net do really good players suck, and really average players are future HOF's :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Oh, Fish. Who said that? No one said that.

Listen to Coach Macdonald's comments on the guy and what he means and contributes to the team. The people praising him are only echoing those things.

It's about alignment. You don't say you want to be a certain type of team then cut the dude who most typifies those qualities (in the wr room, at least). I don't care if he catches 12 balls this season. He blocks like a tight end. Better than a lot of tight ends. Several of which we've had on this team in recent years.

why do you .. a lot of times come off condescending and rude, especially when you disagree. Your tone shifts to “reasonable” when only someone agrees with you or you them. like who tf cares? Why’s it matter so much to YOU particularly? No different than K9, when you dislike a player for whatever reason or feel that your favorite player is being slammed boy do you go all in. There’s rarely been middle ground with you more so the last he then previously. You say sarcasm.. but is it? Or it is a cop out because you’d rather just end it on your terms than just agree to disagree.

Back on topic Bobo is a damn good player for what Seattle needs him to be. And stat wise he’s better than Young, but bobo can block, that’s huge for this scheme. If I had to make the choice today for the 53, Young is out and Bobo is the guy.

Wasn't my intention. But noted. I'll bow out of this conversation. All I do is piss people off.

Go Hawks

Go Hawks
Stand down Soulfish, stand down.
And then stand-up for Jake Bobo & the high flyin' Hawks.
No worries. Nobody is pissed off, just a little confused how you failed to see Seahawk greatness at times.
Next level Bobo blindness.
It's all good, like family on the holidays.
