The effect of cumulative West-to-East jet lag fatigue is extremely difficult to overcome. No Pacific Time NFL team has ever travelled East in consecutive weeks and then won a playoff game in the following week. I would have picked the Rams to beat the Seahawks in Seattle in the Wild-card or Divisional round, but having now travelled East in consecutive weeks I give them less than the 42% chance that Sportsbooks give them. If the Rams were to have a TD lead at half-time I would still pick the Seahawks.

The Rams were the better team in both regular season games. If the Rams had somehow been scheduled to play in Seattle in Week 19 the Rams would have been a 57% or 58% favourite. The Seahawks are now playing better, the Rams are playing worse, the Seahawks are rested, and the Rams will still be fatigued. I expect the line to move further towards the Seahawks.

No complaints from me. The Seahawks won the games they needed to win and they earned the #1 seed. The Rams let too many games slip away. I'm pleased with what the Rams have done this season, but they're going to be sucking air in the 2nd half of this game.

All that said i'm obviously still hoping for an upset.
Both teams were pretty evenly matched in the regular season (at least head to head). I don't believe one was better than the other in the regular season. It's going to be a great game between the top two teams in the NFC, if not the NFL, on Sunday afternoon.

The Seahawks are a 58% betting favourite. The line is Seahawks -155, Rams +135. The handicap line is borderline between 2.5 & 3 for the Seahawks.

You should read more, think more, and post less. 🤡
Take your OWN advice. I'm responding to someone who said he's hoping for an upset. If you're gonna call someone out, maybe YOU should read more, think more and post less. Translation = Seahawks winning is NOT an upset 🙄

Unless you're a Rams fan....then it would make more sense.

I absolutely, 100% know we win this game. Don’t come at me with any “you just jinxed us” BS.

That’s loser talk.

I will be there, in my old seats, with my best friend. We are a BUZZ SAW right now. I don’t flippin’ give a crap who we face, anybody we do is going down. Rams or otherwise.

Defense? Best in the NFL.
Special Teams? Best in the NFL.
Offense? Top 3 in the NFL.
Fans? Best and LOUDEST in the NFL.

Already booking my tickets to Santa Clara.

I think the Seahawks should beat the Rams using the Rams' own game.....shoving TEs down their opponents throat. Heavy dose of Barner, Arroyo, and Saubert should be in order. However, I have a feeling that Shaheed and JSN will have big games. Another return for TD from Shaheed in this one. Rams lost both of the starting CBs, I believe. They lost Akhello Witherspoon earlier and Forbes got hurt early in yesterday's contest.
I don't know, man.

I think K9 has another big game.

I don't think the Rams can stop the run.

Perfectly fine opinion. It's also perfectly fine to think the Seahawks were the better team in both games. Alternatively it's ok to think that the team that led both games in the 2nd half, (by 9 points in 1 game and 16 points in the other), was the better team in both games.

You'll forgive me if I don't wish your team well this weekend, but I honestly don't think you'll need it. I think the 2nd half of this weekend's game will be one-sided in your favour. Fair play - the Seahawks earned their advantages for this game. Seahawks by 9. ☹️

Well I want us to play with abandon, let the best in us come forth, don't want the Officials to skew it. Rams have a good pass rush so we need the run game to click to give Darnold space in play action. Saying that I think the O line has improved since we last met, Sundall was rusty or had been injured, we have all our TE's available as well and all our FB's, we were still banged up as well last time. Stafford will not be bothered by our crowd as much as his Linemen and WR's. He played in a dome, he knows about loud. Our penetration is what will harass him and locking down receivers. Can't let his TE's get out on the edge, they have been killing teams out there.

Ok...time to bust this video out -

Thankfully the game is played in the loudest stadium in the NFL. I don't believe much of these goofy rules will be applicable on Sunday afternoon.

Go Hawks!
