How do we get the ball out quicker?

Wilson often holds the ball a long time. He is doing a great job.
Of course this helps the defenses pass rush.

Shouldn't we designs some plays that are more quick hitting?

Bunch of factors. Rely on fewer vertical concepts (feels like Bevell only reluctantly draws up hot routes), get better route-running from our receivers, wait for Wilson to mature and start gambling just a little more. Right now he doesn't take very many risks at all.
