Guessing 3M base with 1.5 in incentives with .5 being NLTBE.
Looks like we should call this a draw.

According to overthecap.com, Haynes cap number is $3.49M with a per game roster bonus of $510,000, which allows him to earn exactly $4.0M if he plays in all 17 games.
Correctly guessed the net, just thought they’d throw in a little more Not Likely to inflate the number.

Late Bloomer alert!

$3.49 million in guarantees signals a credible vote of confidence from Andy Dickerson.

EDIT Addition:
Thanks to OverTheCap.com, though, those details are now available, and Haynes’ contract is very simple and straightforward. The $4M cap hit he will carry in 2023 is comprised of three parts, which are:
  • Base Salary: $1,305,000 (fully guaranteed)
  • Signing Bonus: $2,185,000 (fully guaranteed)
  • Per Game Roster Bonus: $510,000
Haynes was active for 16 of 17 regular season games in 2022, which means that $480,000 of the $510,000 of per game roster bonuses will count against the cap for the upcoming season. Thus, combining the base salary with the signing bonus and $480,000 of per game roster bonuses, Haynes will have a cap hit of $3,970,000 for 2023.

No worries. I'm not worried about an internet forum win, loss, or draw. It's a sensible re-sign for the Seahawks. $4M + bonus looks a little high on paper but the alternative could be a worse fit at higher cost. The cap number isn't relevant. The team could have added a bogus year and signing bonus to lower that number.
