This might be the first season for PC in I don't know how long where he might not be able to do his Jedi mind trick and convince himself that they're *that* close to being contenders. And even if he is able to pull it off on himself, he's got Tom Brady's eyes on him.

This might be a sad way for PC to end his career. Nothing remotely close to RW bad, but possibly bad for those of us who have care and respect for him.

Still don't get why he doesn't do media. I think he would be amazing on college game day or any nfl broadcast with his knowledge and stories. It would keep him busy with the travel and preparation too if he doesn't want to sit around and retire.

Hard to see a lot of my favorite figures in the sport going out like this.

Sobering reminder that nothing lasts forever.

This is exactly how I feel. For his last 6-7 years, Pete was in denial, kept thinking that we were just a player or two away from fielding a championship caliber team when the reality was that we were very mediocre. It explains why he'd sell the farm for a one-dimensional safety.

I get the sense that Pete is a really nice guy, the type of guy you'd like to sit down and have a beer with. He has a lot of very admirable traits within him. But he should have retired 5 years ago as the game has clearly past him by. Sometimes I wonder if Pete's handling growing old well. Bobby Bowden, the legendary Florida State coach, when asked why he kept coaching instead of retiring like most people his age, said "once you retire, there's only one more big event in your life, and I'm not looking forward to that."

I'll be forever grateful to Pete for bringing us the best period of Seahawk football in franchise history.

Just think there were alot Geno lovers going stat crazy about how good he is. And not only that. They were even saying they wanted Chip Kelly as our OC. Geez look at what a crap show Vegas is. Same old Genoo holding the ball to long making his oline look worse than they really are. And Chip, still hasn't learned. Run the dam ball. If they had done that last night maybe they would have won.

Chip failed with the Niners followed by failing with UCLA. He appears to be running the plays exactly how Pete would like including getting Lockett more plays, which with the missed one lost the game. Chip’s likely set up to be the scapegoat just as Scotty and so many others were.

The problem is Pete.

As much as wanna believe the problem with the offense is Pete. I cant because he don't have the same power as he did when he was here. Chips offense has been the same and hasn't really changed much. He's just outdated as well as is Pete. And Chip has never won anything, on his own or with help from good NFL coach.

Pete doesn’t have veto power over Spytek regarding personnel or draft decisions but has a giant sway seeing how he will be in charge of players selected and full control once they reach the locker room.

Were I them, however, I would have scouted the league for failed coordinators who fell from grace. Our running back coach Joshua Outten is among them for failing to let Russ cook or letting him cook too much in that failed 2022 season that was beyond fixing for reasons way above his pay grade.

Cowboys (3-5-1) lead Geno's Raiders (2-7) 24-9 at the half. Geno stats at the half:

16/28 167yds 0 TD's 1 INT 3 Sacks/-21yds RTG 59.7

Somewhat disappointing half for Geno and Raiders offense considering that the Cowpokes have one of the worst defenses in the NFL that teams have been feasting on. Saw a few badly missed throws. Unproductive red zone. Very limited offensive attack so far.

He is gonna draft another Russell and be the first coach to win it all with two teams

Cowboys lead Geno's Raiders 31-9 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Geno stats:

23/37 217yds 0 TD's 1 INT 3 Sacks/-21yds RTG 68.2

We'll see if they can mount any scoring...

Dallas Cowboys (4-5-1) defeat Geno's Raiders (2-8) 33-16. Final Geno stats:

27/42 238yds 1 TD 1 INT 4 Sacks/-29 yards RTG 77.3

It was the fewest points scored against a bad Cowpoke defense this year. Overall, can't call it a real bad performance, nor a good one either. A lot pf passing for a PC team. It's not going to improve Geno's standing with the fanbase, but not a reason in itself for a dumping on him.

We dodged a bullet..not necessarily saying with Geno we would be 1-3 with him right now if he had stayed...but starting to wonder now ..thinking perhaps a lot of our issues..was GeNo..Raiders are suffering and Geno is fun to watch again that he's destroying someone else's team.
Do you think the rest of the USA is watching GeNo like we are? 😂

I saw some of his postgame presser. At one point he said something about all the Monday morning quarterbacks who post screenshots. Then he said something snarky like (paraphrasing here) if your kids mess up in school or your car breaks down on the way to work, blame it on me. 😂 Classic Geno.

Yeah he basically is blaming everyone else and saying "but just blame me" because you don't know what you're talking about. It's obvious why he got punched in the face by a teammate lol.
