Russell Wilson is so great throwing when he's scrambling away from pass pressure I can't believe he doesn't practice that. Do any of you go to practices or have knowledge that Russell throws while running in practice?

Somebody needs to watch a few press conferences and catch up on some reading, LOL! ...or maybe I have too much time on my hands. Yes, they purposely hold scramble drills during practice to maximize that element of his game.

They run the scramble drill every practice. It is their teaching tool on how to have WRs and OL adjust to an improvised play

One thing that shows to me that it's a practiced behavior is how when he's sprinting to the sideline, he compensates for his own motion and makes his throw inside towards the field so that it doesn't drift out of bounds in the direction he's running. He's not always successful with it, but he is MOST of the time. Definitely practiced, and he's one of the best I've ever seen do it.
