Really surprised we cut Mcgrath. Dude looked pretty good in preseason and i thought we would keep a 3rd TE for sure. Especially since McCoy is out for the season.

Also very happy we kept Stephen Williams on the roster. Dude is gonna do big things this year if he gets the opportunities to get on the field.

that's 54 but Irvin doesn't count right?

Suprised with Mike Person, kepping both Ware and Coleman, and I thought wed keep 6 lb and we kept 8. thought only 3 of Bradford, Farwell, Lotulelei, Morgan, and M Smith would make it. Assumed it's be Bradfor, Farwell, and M. Smith. so Lotulelei and Morgan are surprises to me. And considering tha Irvin is going to be playing LB weare very LB heavy.

Could we see many more 3-4 looks this year.

No real surprises (apart from Anthony Smith). 54 players there (because Irvin technically isn't on the roster now)

Did you leave Shead off the list? Don't think he was cut.

Also wtf at this:

"Smith was originally drafted in the third round (74th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Jaguars out of Louisiana Tech. After spending both the 2010 and 2011 seasons on injured reserve, Smith saw his first action in 2012, playing in eight games and recording 10 tackles (six solo) before being placed on injured reserve (head) on November 28."

Why are we picking up another injured DT that probably will do nothing?

8 LB's mabye we have a trade in the works. Could KJ be traded before he gets a big contract soon? Do any of our other LB's have value? 8 LB's seems like overkill, especially considering that in nickel defense we only have two on the field.

It is interesting that Michael Bowie, who injured a shoulder, was kept on the active list.

Ten offensive linemen on the current roster.

Can't imagine trading Wright.

Farwell might as well be listed as a specialist, and Schofield is a DE.

One of those 7 will be gone when Irvin returns. Either that or Mayowa is on the cut bubble.

That makes more sense, but when Irvin returns he's another LB

I think Lotulelie, Mayowa and possibly Farwell are in jeopardy. Although I think if Farwell was on the bubble they would have just cut him to save salary.

ST can't be overlooked. Keeping guys like Lane and Farwell can swing a field position difference by 10 yards a game

Schofield is listed as a LB, but it really doesn't matter on the Seahawks....lol.

On the official DC he's listed at DE . . . But on the roster he's a LB. Irvin is a LB on the DC, but a DE on the roster.

Our released players could form their own team and beat the Raiders 42-10.
