Offense
1. Better O-Line than last year
2. Better stable of RB’s than last year
3. Better WR’s than last season
4. New OC
5. More speed @ the WR position
6. More deception and less predictability
If PC can stay hands off of this offense, I believe this Seattle team will be hugely improved on this side of the ball.
Defense
This Seattle Defense was historically bad for most of last season. In the last 8 games, the defense was average to slightly above average at best as the QB’s and/or offenses it faced were mediocre and below average. There seemed to be no deception of defense and lots of predictability.
1. Better D-line
2. More speed @ LB
3. Consistent pressure on the QB (hopefully)
If this defense can get consistent pressure on the QB and blitz from different spots, they should improve quite a bit to at least be average to slightly above average.
Very excited and cautiously optimistic about this season
