I assumed he's been out of the league for like 5 years. Last time he suited up was 2021...so that aligned.

Has he been trying to play since then and just decided...maybe I should retire?

Not knocking him for it but I do find it a bit curious that someone who was a little more ā€œforgettableā€ as a Seahawk would feel the need to retire as a hawk

Not knocking him for it but I do find it a bit curious that someone who was a little more ā€œforgettableā€ as a Seahawk would feel the need to retire as a hawk


I see ZERO problems with a guy that the Hawks drafted retiring as a Hawk as long as they actually were a team player.

I certainly understand a guy wanting to retire with the team that drafted him.
This particular dude didn’t leave any baggage or drama behind.

No I don’t see a problem with it either! I was just saying I find it a little unusual. If I’m being honest that was just my first thought. If someone told me Cassius march of all players had a one day contract to retire as a hawk my instinct would be ā€œreally?ā€
