Coaching and supporting are different, yes he coached him up, same as Lynch used to do, but the practice and work ethic on the Feild everyday as Pete was saying in his presser was immediately recognizable, that's what Penny and others see.

Without that on the field look it's hard to know if the impact would be the same.

Yeah that's what he said. Whether he leaves to get paid for one more year playing I'm hoping we can get him back as a coach. For now he's in the fold so we pay him for another year and then make the transition.
