Nintendo receives test copies and development itineraries of every single game released for their platform, because while they may not be the studio that makes the game, they are the publisher of every single digitally distributed game that makes it to their platform.

There's a lot incorrect going on here so I'll just say that's as blanket a statement as saying Amazon tests every product they sell, and even if it wasn't, there's literally no football games on switch unless they have Lil tykes backyard qb or something like that.

Madden hasn't touched Nintendo in a while and there's nothing else worth discussing (tragically)
