Any added motivation with SF waiting?

I mean.. I know it's the playoffs.. but it's well documented the Seahawks and 49ers hate each other.. now there's a bigger carrot to be had.

I think it is. Hell, at this point its as if the Hawks are a win away from playing at home (as compared to east coast).

I think it is.

And, yes, we get it Hasselbeck, you hate Wilson. Nuff already.

Agree. I had to do some independent research to be positive. But, yeah, still works.

This Niners/Packers game mirrors our game tomorrow in strengths and weaknesses. Niners won big tonight but remember Packers didn't play against many option teams other than us--Vikings don't count. Niners may have learned plenty from the butwhipping we laid on them earlier and also studied the Seahawks/Packers game to prepare this game tonight. They look dangerous and CK is actually sliding and avoiding hits more like RW.
Looking forward to an all NFC West Conference title game. Zone Read offense FTW!!

Uh, in his scenario we're SF.

Either game would have been big. The Packers have a grudge against us, for obvious reasons and the Niners... Well they're a division foe and we DEMOLISHED them in week 16. So it doesn't matter to me. Well, I lied. I would LOVE to win the NFC Conference Championship in San Francisco. That would be humiliating to be a Niners fan while watching the Seahawks take the NFC title at Candlestick. But at the same time, it would hurt to lose and be a never ending cycle of trash talk from my friends who are SF fans. They'll be rubbing in their "payback" until next season.

I don't know about motivation but confidence maybe. The Niners bating down the Pack is just a clear reminder that the NFC West is dominant and we came within a half game of taking it. We beat the Pack fair and square and laid a major butt whooping on the Niners. Couple that with Atlantas easiest schedule in the NFL and tonight's result could give the Hawks a bit more confidence.

I think it's a ton better than having to fly across the country twice and then go back to Wisconsin. SF is a lot easier to travel, and we're used to it there.

I really hope we get to play GB next year though.....I just want to punish them for all the whining they threw out there, and all the jock humping the media did for them.

Can a mod please close this thread or move it to the shack? We've had enough QB controversy for one year.

I kinda wanted to face green bay more. we already thrashed san fran. but to smack around those cheese chugging fargo loving hose heads in their own frozen tundra THIS YEAR would have been ultimate boss status on the way to the superbowl. thats ivan drago level evil right there.

first things first, onward to stomping out the falcons and throwin dollas on hoes at the scrip club.

SEAHAWKS MAKE IT RAIN!!!!

If they need any more motivation than they already have, they've already lost. That goes for both the Falcons and the Seahawks.

Here's to a good game tomorrow.

I absolutely want to go play San Francisco. Our game in SF was the worst game of the season for me. That game hurt me in my soul. To watch us drop passes and be largely ineffective and have Niner fans crowing when they looked like garbage on their home turf. I want to beat them on that field.

You wouldn't be saying that if it were the Aints waiting for the winner.
