This belongs up there with the US Constitution and the Bible as impressive writings.

Reason #7 - It's being played in New Jersey, where no team in their right mind would want to play a football game in February, so
the Seahawks win by default

After reading that whole article, I think it needs to be moved to the shack. It's XXX-rated Seahawks fan porn.
Why? There weren't any swear words just the facts..as Joe Friday liked to say.

It would only figure that the Hawks would have to play their first two Super Bowls in the two biggest shithole cities in the NFL, Detroit and New Jersey.

Love how you changed the headline from "can" to "will".

Nice write-up, though.

No worries. This is the beginning of an era, the start of a dynasty. The Seahawks will see more than two cities, in a February colored light.

It went right over your head. ;) I'm saying, it's metaphorical porn for us Seahawks fans. A great read that caters to our wants, hopes, and expectations.

6 reasons seahawks wont win the superbowl. Not trolling, just putting things into perspective. I'm not a big fan of all the hype the Seahawks have been getting. EVERYONE thinks we are winning the superbowl this year. I'm excited for the season dont get me wrong but fans are jumping the gun a little bit. I was at taco time today and the dude who took my order saw my seahawks hat and said he can't wait for them to win the superbowl this year. I was like... i hope so man...anyways. here we go:

1. they don't lock up the 1 seed, forced to play on the road and end up losing
2. slightly above average or maybe even average receiving core doesn't get the job done
3. injuries (it's always a possibility)
4. mental toughness isn't there
5. lack of maturity
6. secondary gets tired and worn down from an elite passing team such as ATL again

Honestly that list was kind of hard to come up with. We are a good team. But I'm not penciling in the Lombardi yet

There is an old saying, Hope Springs Eternal. Except for you.

I'm not gonna pull a jerry jones and jizz all over the team and say we are winning it all. I think we will win it eventually with RW but has there ever been a pro Seattle team with expectations like this? Dangerous territory. Though if it does happen it will make it that much sweeter.

Why is it dangerous territory? What is so dangerous about high expectations? Sweet is just knowing that shit is going to happen, not being surprised by success. Be disappointed when it is time for that. But being all lubed up for disappointment to screw you good? Where is the fun in that?

It's dangerous territory because for one, you're already making a 1 out of 32 chance of it happening prediction (actually 1/30 because jets and raiders lol). 2, you're going to make the impact of what will happen if your prediction doesn't happen that much more annoying. Seahawk fans will flip out and cry forever if we get bounced in the 2nd round or NFC championship or something. I already know the dealio with that. 3, it's kinda lame because every fan of potential playoff teams say that. Kids also say it a lot.

Idk bro I guess I'm a fan that doesn't make predictions. So much can happen throughout the year.
