Thanks Jville, as ever much appreciated!!!

Updated.

The team will keep combing the availables for players they potentially have some interest in, at postions where there is some need.

The pile will get deeper before the competition begins for spots for the team or PS.

Noah Igbinoghene. There’s a hard name to get right quickly.

Highly regarded in the draft but underperformed so far. Maybe he can be reclaimed by our system or Coach Mike.

Here’s a WIKI for him:

I have this sense JS has something brewing, I suspect deals will be hashed out with two absolute keepers Witherspoon and JSN. That’s essential!

There are others too, to allow the band to stay together while adding some new blood.

Still wondering if there is an Edge in the works? This would be very JS like.

Perhaps as you say 80, “Beware of the Ides of March”.

JS without a doubt is playing this early FA period carefully and well, and is keeping the powder dry to allow something significant to happen. Maybe it’s wishful thinking on my part.

Still?

Thanks kidhawk, as ever much appreciated!!!

While not spectacular this player certainly is a try hard guy who has some special moments at times. He ensures the pile remains deep at WR. Had wondered if JS was going to re-sign him.

Updated.

So here we are after the first urgent part of FA done and the team from last year is back short a 1st string RB that only truly showed up with any constancy late in his 4th yr., a 2nd string FS, a 2nd string Edge rusher who got pressures but few sacks, a 3rd string CB who had significant consistency motivational issues despite apparent at times amazing and great occasional exceptional ability despite being sat by two solid defensive minded HCs, and finally a 4th string WR who was a talented Gunner on ST, but did little else.

Is the team worse ? I don’t think so, but now there are areas that need attention either in FA or the draft. To me they have money to keep the team together with $39 mill in available cap to acquire needed solutions if needed after the draft.

Like what they haven’t done so far. Doubt JS is close to finishing adding yet.

D'Anthony Bell move has not been made official by any legit news site, nor the Seahawks. I'm thinking we should take this one off the official list until such time as we get a more substantial report.
