Positive with Dunbar, then a negative.

Wonder where Ursua went that he ought not to have gone? Hope the rest of the WR corps are free, and Ursua was caught quickly. Hope he's asymptomatic and remains healthy.

Ursua's place on the roster is far from secure as there are a few guys ready to take that spot, so he and guys like him should be extra careful. Meanwhile the shoe should drop soon on the suspension of Gordon. If he's released from suspension I predict he'll back, a WR will likely be the corresponding roster move.

Open roster spot. Updated.

Now it's official.

Be very quiet, Goodell is still hunting Wabbits, Monday is when they drop a lot of Bombshells from the league office. We need to hold our breath thru next week I am thinking.

A voice of sober reflection.

We will see if the league sees this as a bad conduct worthy of punishment case. I suspect not, but 4 games asa first offence with no charge might be where it resolves as lesson to Dunbar.

I suspect though that this is an odd situation which may not have any penalty than already imposed visited upon the player.

We’ll see.

I’m excited by the addition back to the roster of Dunbar and if nothing else the prospect of coverage sacks is now a reality.

It seem to me with $15+ million in open cap there will be some upcoming defensive additions that will add to to defensive output.

He’ll now need to pass two more tests and wait a few days between the tests to ensure he’s truly negative.

I’m interested to see how this plays out. I hope there is some explanation for the false positive result. Very happy for the player and his teammates about this news. A frightening blip w/o a doubt.

Going to leave Ursula on the COVID Reserve until there is a news announcement from the team.

That’d be nice, but highly unlikely.

Why don’t they add ‘Snacks‘ Harrison or Marcell Dareus to those above by rejigging RW’s and Wagner’s deals? Equally unlikely.

The FO continues to trim the ragged edges off our roster. The entire pre-season had been snuffed, and training camp is underway. A big chunk of college football has been scrapped to such an extent a NC is, at best, unlikely. Although we are just on the verge of beginning the in pads developmental portion of training camp we are rapidly arriving at that 'last minute big deal' time our guys have pulled off repeatedly. Is it gonna happen again this year?
I sure like what we've been hearing regarding Gordon.
Maybe, just maybe, they did actually improve our O Line. Sure hope so, but we have seen this same song and dance nearly every year for years, and Russ is still getting sacked 40 or more times a season. One of these times...
Everson has the versatility and price tag, to be a dependable short term solution. JS is a whiz at those. But Clowney, also versatile, is a younger, higher ceiling, longer term piece. IMO, with our draft value virtually eliminated, and a rehab term for Taylor, Clowney's value improves.
Time to put up, not shut up.

The team reports a number of number changes for various players.

A handful of number changes on the roster. Jarran Reed back in No. 90. L.J. Collier to his college No. 91. Benson Mayowa in No. 95. Will Dissly in No. 89 and Jacob Hollister in No. 86.
