That's alright, you do a decent enough job yourself.

Wenger cancelled his presser today, because he's still 'puzzled' over the loss. I will say Arsenal have had some bad luck with injuries this year, but that's not an excuse for losing so harshly to your main rivals all the time. Just PLEASE get a result against City. That's all I want.

the 8 gifs reaction may have been the best yet... still shocked he had a reaction to goals 4, 5 and 6. Who was even watching by that point?

I wasn't watching it, I get notifications on my phone when Arsenal posts on twitter.

And if you didn't notice, any non-fan account associated with Arsenal went dark until this morning. I doubt "puzzled" is even the right word to use in this situation, more like "ashamed and embarrassed".

Thats how to NOT win a title

A "specialist in failure" yet has more success than David Moyes, AVB, and Kenny Dalglish. Isn't it funny how 8 years without a trophy(7 while the club was in a major financial restriction due to the new stadium) causes completely ignore the previous 9 years of constant triumphs and success.

And Si, it'd probably best if you say 3 of the Top 4 considering Arsenal can't play themselves. It's a bad stat to have, no doubt about it, but I'd rather have it and be in the top 4 than have it and be midtable or worse.

would you though? I mean this is what I dont get with Arsenal fans. thats an absolutely horrid record (only Moyes is worse when it comes to records with the top 4... and what made you compare him to AVB or Dalglish? wouldnt you compare him to Ferguson or maybe Mourinho?). 7 wins in 29 games against your direct competition.

Is being good enough to beat the rest of the PL but not even close enough to win the title still OK with Arsenal fans?

Take away the excuses for a second (Liverpool were damn near in administration 4 years ago... only one team has been able to consistently spend money, so that rationale doesnt work well). 29 points (including such recent dandies as 8-2, 6-2, 5-1 and now 6-0) from a possible 87.

The stat surprised me. It shows Mourinho really knows his target. Wenger has his Arsenal perfectly primed to take advantage of a relatively inconsistent and top heavy league (remember, the "Top 4" really only consists of a potential 6 teams each year, and Arsenal outspends the rest of the Prem outside Chelsea, City, Liverpool, United and Spurs by a far shout) by beating the lesser teams. But he cant put a team on the field that is anywhere near the level of the true competition of the League.

I found it astonishing (and somewhat damning).

I never said I like having it. All I said was that I'd rather have it and be in the top 4 and not midtable or worse.

Saw this on twitter a few minutes ago:

"@NW3Gooner
Chamberlain to score, team then goes and celebrates with Gibbs while crowd chant 'Theo Theo Theo'"

I responded with "and the goal is awarded to Gnabry despite him being on the bench."

Better record than Moyes? Congrats on being better than a dumpster fire?

Arsene is good for Arsenal and good for the premier league. To me it comes down to being satisfied with being very good, but not great.

not exactly going out on a limb there Gate...

let me ask it this way... Do you want Wenger around managing Arsenal again next year? Why or why not?

first time in 20 years I've asked United to win a match... and it lasted all of 30 seconds

I'm predicting a cricket score at Old Trafford. Wouldn't mind seeing Swansea put one up at the Liberty either. Bony's looked pretty dangerous in the few games I've seen him in. He was a real handful in both games against Spurs. Thankfully I don't think he started (or played the full 90, anyway) in either.
