Multiple instances of you coming at me as a “mod”.
If you have issues with me or any of the staff you should contact the Mod group or Admins via PM or email. “Report” feature is another option.
There is a policy that addresses it, maybe refresh yourself.
I/we value all member contributions until they step outside of the guidelines.
Again this is still friendly encouragement, please don’t give cause to make it official.

I have Zero issues with you coming at me over this thread, in fact it’s why it was left in place (humor).
We are headed into the offseason and conversations like this is what gets us through, and provides somewhat fresh content.
The issue is, when you “come at” a staff member and toss out the “mod” card it does cross a boundary, historically a very clear one.
Some fail to recognize or remember that the volunteer staff here are just regular members that dedicate hours of time keeping this place neat, tidy, and enjoyable for the majority.
There is no reason that a staff member that posts something in good faith as a regular Joe should have to deal with “how dare you, you’re a Moderator”.
There is a rule against calling out staff in public view, and we welcome all input or criticism via the proper channels.
Bust my chops all you want as long as it’s in the appropriate forum, come at me because I’m a Moderator and it needs to be appropriately as well.
No hard feelings, I believe we have an understanding.

I remember a story about Ray, he actually was a very good athlete and played Safety as well, he asked and asked for a chance to play defense, Al and John I beleive was there at the time just looked at him and laughed, I think the reply ended up being If I have a safety get injured I can replace him, if you get injured I don't have another one of you on the bench, that and the rest of the team was against it as well.
