It’s both. Seahawks run d is the best in the game and the 49ers rush efficiency has dropped off this year . Whether that is an offensive line issue; cmc or both I’m not sure. In the limited opportunities Robinson had , he seemed to have a better rush average . There were very little explosive run plays this yearIt's entirely possible that Seattle's defense is just that good, but this is a guy who only had 4 100+ yard games this year. Being said, he put up 140 yds at 6.1 YPC and 117 at 5.6 YPC in the weeks before facing us. Granted that was against two pretty bad defenses.
Against the best defenses in the league that he faced, he had 23/2.9 vs Seahawks, 30/2.5 vs the Rams, and 25/3.1 vs Texans.
Sunday will be very telling of whether he is simply worn down, or just hit an immovable wall in Seattle.
