Defense needs to look in the mirror.

We effing won a classic game. I thought top 5 Hawks win games I've ever seen. Great games like this have many different subplots. This game had that in spades.

But we effing WON! I was ready to run down the street kissing everybody I saw.

The other team gets paid too, the other team has some really good players.

But boy did our defense step up when the game was on the line. Four or five straight three and outs in the fourth quarter was huge. Monstrous. It was a huge reason for the comeback. They kept fighting

I'm thinking this was just another zebra job, but this time in our favor. Finally we got the deep state on our side.

Hahahaha, just f**ing kidding!!!!!!!

Maybe, just maybe, we have a team that can win games despite the stats, despite the opponent, despite our shortcomings.
Reminds me of another team we once had.....

This board sometimes. We pull of one of the greatest comebacks in team history, go to 12-3, and are now the #1 seed in the NFC. Against possibly the best team in the NFL.

Folks … maybe just enjoy this one for a minute before you start complaining. They don’t come much better.
You're happy with the defense this game? Please elaborate. 🤔

Yeah I am happy with the defense. Those four to five straight three and outs in the fourth quarter were massive. They kept fighting.
You mean when the rams went straight run, run, pass, punt 3 possessions in a row? Loved it.

Why? Because Rams were guilty of doing what we normally do. Took their foot off the gas when they thought they had us down two scores. And all I can say is , thanks dummies. See you in the NFCC. 👍

Here are 10 things you could have taken away from tonight:

1) Sam exercises ghosts
2) Rashid Shaheed indeed. Trade of the year.
3) Kubiak dials up some bangers
4) Comeback of the year
5) K9’s twitch the X-factor
6). Best young HC in the NFL
7). Lady Luck on our side
8) It’s fun to win in Seattle.
9). Hey. Starlord on the pre-game show. Far out.
10). HAWKS PROVE THEY ARE VIABLE SUPERBOWL CONTENDERS.

Oh, and the defense was only good enough.

I hated how many yards and points our top defense gave up tonight but in the 4th quarter they buckled down. Give credit to Stafford and PUKE-a (yeah that’s me being petty)…Outstanding duo for sure.

The D really stepped it up imo in the 4th. A few shots on Stafford to get him off his game and considering the secondary was decimated they mostly held in there. Stafford did not look like the same qb. I think he was hurting. Even if the game was a loss they wouldn't of been the reason for it.

As bad as I want to complain about a lot of what I saw tonight, after a W like this, I simply can't fix my fingers to type it. Me and my son got to experience 2 of the most magical SEATTLE SEAHAWKS wins together in just the span of 4 short days!

GO HAWKS!!! GO WIN IT ALL!!! 🙌🏿
I forgot about that.

I’m really happy for the two of you.
Last night is something neither of you will ever forget.

That shot Chenna put on old man Stafford might be a factor down the stretch. Sternum or Rib? I don’t know, but he was in pain. I bet he’s sore as hell today.

The defense was gassed by the beginning of the fourth quarter. Maybe even earlier. Why wouldn’t they be? They were on the field for a long time. The punt return TD infused this team and especially the defense with energy they didn’t even know they had.

Once again, this team proved that they have a no quit attitude. They scored 24 points in the last 9 minutes of the game and OT. Coaches will often say to their players that they need to dig down deep. That might have been the best example of inner fortitude from an entire team that I’ve ever witnessed.

That end of game sequence from the fourth quarter through OT was an entire team win. Special teams started it, to the defense doing their part and then the offense putting the finishing touch on an improbable comeback win.

Short week against (one of) the league's best offense(s), and (one of) the league's best offensive mind(s), and unable to get rest between drives, due to the offenses inability to mount sustained drives.

Key players at key positions just returning from injury and getting back into the flow of things.

Still, they didn't break. Sure they bent, but they didn't break.

And somehow they found the energy to put up a wall when we most needed it.

The defense came up massively when they needed to. Woolen getting hurt forced them to go to Jobe who got torched by Puka. Most teams don't have a Puka and if Woolen was in I feel much better about that. I also think Love needs to get his legs underneath him still and he's super rusty. I also trust Mike figured some stuff out as he's still gathering information and we saw late in the game they finally started getting a pass rush and Stafford couldn't do much of anything.

I think its ok to be a little nervous or have questions but in the modern NFL its really hard to shut out elite teams every single game. They're still at the top of the league or near it in almost every metric.

I think Mike can work with the positives from this game, the offense maybe figured some stuff out too and they can help get the defense some rest earlier in games like this and we will be fine.
