I disagree.

I want the Rams. Seattle has to go upside LAs head again and leave no doubt. If Seattle can't beat LA , they don't need to advance . I think that's kind of the whole point .
Not worrying and wishing you don't meet a particular team ?
That might be true, but I'd rather see two games than one, and playing anyone other than the Rams will increase those chances. Playing Carolina wouldn't be very interesting, but I don't think that's happening.

Ok.

Looks like we have differing opinions but hey...

Go Hawks!

we all want to host the NFC Championship game. the best way to ensure that happens is play the worst team in the playoffs next week. you think the Eagles that won a Super Bowl last year look back and are upset they didn't get to play the 15-2 Lions in the Championship game? we don't 'need' to beat LA to make the Super Bowl. if we have to play them so be it, but we know they are our toughest opponent by far. nobody else can beat us. yes we could have swept the Rams, and they very nearly swept us.

1 million % correct. yeah it would be amazing to play Car, but I give them about a 10% chance to win tomorrow.

I went to our last two NFC Championship games, but I skipped the earlier playoff games because the match-ups just didn't interest me, including Carolina. This year is different because I already have tickets (and the Seahawks are sending out threatening emails if you list your playoff tickets for resale).

Couldn't care less, but Packers would be fun in the Divisional.
You bet, Bill Belichick said that the BEST two top teams to beat are the Denver Bronco's and the Seattle Seahawks.
It really doesn't matter who gets their arses handed to them when they face this Seattle Seahawks #1 Defense.

I’m guessing…that our team could care less.

They’re rolling whoever they play…and they know it.

Perfect.

I truly feel like this team is lined up to win the whole thing and they’re possessed to do so.

To answer the OP… we’re going to be JACKED regardless of who is coming to town and maybe a little loose (though I don’t think MM lets us be such) and undisciplined… for that I prefer the Packers… for freshness and in terms of getting it over with, I’ll take the lambs.

I think it’s going to be the cheese. Either way I’m pumped to sit back and watch this weekend.

Chances are likely we end up playing the Packers. If Love is healthy I can’t see the Bears beating GB. Let the Eagles and Rams beat the shit out of each other
If it's the Pack, should be fun because Sam swept their ass with the Vikings last year.

Plus, they'll be missing Micah (and there was no Micah with them last year so he won't have to deal with him).

not necessarily. we could get to the Super Bowl without ever facing the Rams or 49ers. we could play the Packers in the divisional round and then the Eagles in the NFC Championship.
I think we get the Eagles in the championship. They have that dark horse feel to them.

After they curb stomp the niners, everyone will be calling them the favorites.

Certainly not the Rams, but that's who we're going to get.

Hoping we get the Packers, but will most likely be getting the lambs. Im wondering if MM is thinking the same way and preparing for them. It will be an advantage to get an extra week. To game plan for the lambs.
