I’m strongly hoping for a GB win this week. I have no concerns of us handling that depleted roster.
I’m of the opinion the only team that could beat us in the entire playoffs is the Rams. In the AFC we dealt with both the Texans and the Jags relatively comfortably and the top 2 seeds I think have benefited from weak schedule / winning lots of tight games slanting perspective.
As such, if possible id prefer if Rams get taken out by someone else. If that fails and we have to slay them in the conference championship? So be it.

If all the Divisional winners were to win (very unlikely considering the Panthers are 10.5 point underdogs to the Rams), then we would get the Panthers which I would imagine would be our ultimate dream.
I would laugh so hard at the Rams going one-and-done after all the Hype of them being the #1 team in the NFL. Mr MVP Stafford. Puka Nacua. McVay. 😂 😂 😂

PLEASE, Panthers. Make this happen.

It would be AMAZING.

They beat them once already this season. But i think its unlikely for lighting to strike twice

Since the path to Superbowl now goes through Lumen, I trust the fans and the organization to just run the table. This is our moment and will be for a long time. A team that has figured out to win in different ways is the greatest asset. I have so much trust that we would run the table. I was in LA for the game and lucked out to go to Santa Clara as well. This is one of the most well coached team I have ever seen in the history of football. I don’t even feel the head coaching interview requests would even be a distraction. If I see what’s clicking, players feeling valued and wanted no matter if you are playing or not, and the unselfish nature of the team is magical. I really don’t care who comes here, our Superbowl run started from the second quarter of playing the Rams in SOFI. The players can feel it and so do the fans.

in all likelihood Rams should stroll BUT rumours of rainy weather conditions around gametime and 'Any Given Sunday' vibes so you never know! I agree, it would be truly hilarious. So many brackets being put out there have the Rams winning it all; Seahawks as the 1 seed is a relatively unusual pick....

i don't disagree that may be the easy route, yet wonder if the team rested and ready can get it done right now against either LAR or SF If so, does it truly matter?

At some point we are going to need to meet either the Rams or the 49ers again. Let's get it done and won.
not necessarily. we could get to the Super Bowl without ever facing the Rams or 49ers. we could play the Packers in the divisional round and then the Eagles in the NFC Championship.

Whoever they put in front of us, that's who I want. This is the playoffs. Not "How do we make this extra easy"

I know it's been said many time, but it shouldn't matter.
Would I rather play the Packers than the Rams in the Divisional? Sure. But it probably will be the Rams, so.......LFG!

I get this thinking but the fact is there are preferable routes. The Rams are the one team im scared of in the entire NFL. Would be nice if we didnt have to risk facing them a 3rd time.

To you, and that's ok. You be scared, I'm not. F being scared. If you're a SB contender, you shouldn't fear anyone. FFS, it's shocking to me how many people act like the Rams are the greatest team in the history of the NFL.

Oh well, been over this a thousand times. It has run its course......

It's highly unlikely for Stafford to have 3 turnovers again, which is what had to happen for the Panthers to win that first game. But you never know.

With the way NFL playoff reseeding works is unclear unclear who our divisional opponent will be.

Seattle will play whoever the lowest remaining seed is after this weekend. All 3 NFC Wild Card games are close on paper, so it's very hard to predict who we will play next.

We know for a fact that if GB beats Chicago in Chicago (more or less a coin flip, according to Vegas) we are guaranteed to face them. I think other than playing the Panthers this is probably our best option.

If all the Divisional winners were to win (very unlikely considering the Panthers are 10.5 point underdogs to the Rams), then we would get the Panthers which I would imagine would be our ultimate dream. But in the more likely scenario that the other two divisional winners (Bears and Eagles) win while the Panthers lose, then the Rams will be the lowest seed left and we will play them next round. This is worst case scenario for me.

The other scenario is that the 49ers win in Philly and the Bears beat the Packers. Then we would play the Whiners no matter what, regardless of what LA does. This is preferable to playing the Rams to me, but I like it less than the other two possibilities of facing the Panthers or Packers.

So in conclusion we have four possible opponents next round: Panthers (4) , Rams (5), Whiners (6) , Packers (7).

The Panthers would be my preferred opponent but I think it's unlikely all the chips fall that way.

So I think we should just hope for the simplest route of avoiding the rams: GB wins and it means we get them no matter what and don't have to sweat about potentially playing the Rams until the last possible moment. In a dream world the Rams lose to the Panthers and we don't even have to worry about them, but I don't think it's likely.

Give the Rams as many chances to lose as possible before we face them, if you ask me. Yes I know to be the best we need to beat the best, but there are certainly preferable routes and as the #1 seed we have earned it. Playing the Rams in the Divisional is not, to me, optimal.

Who do you guys want next?
Well considering that we've taken it up the tailpipe GOING to Green Bay in the playoffs 3 times. Snowmageddon anyone?

I would ******* LOVE it for GB to come to town. We've never WON a playoff game in GB. And, we've won the only one at Lumen.

Would love to make it 2. LOVE IT. The ONLY THING better would be if AR was still there, and we beat them at home. Bug-Eyes for the win.

As for the 'performance' aspect of who we want? I could care less. Even though GB should be the easier win, we gotta beat all comers.
