I am really starting to like Ben Williams at 3rd. His defense is ridiculous, and he is starting to put some really good at bats together. I don't know about his power numbers ever being very high, but I like him. He's a gamer, kind of old school.

I've been hoping they grab Suarez. But to give up a bunch of top prospects for a rental? Hmmmm

Kind of starting to be over the Suarez thing. Probably in the minority. Would I be stoked if we got him? Absolutely.

Moore is 2 for his last 58. 52 1/2 percent strikeout rate the last 2 months.
But hey, Wilson doesn't seem to care about that  😵‍💫

I feel this. Eugenio can get multiple hrs or strike out three times actually shortening the lineup. But man it would be cool seeing Eugenio battling Cal for the Hr lead. Ben is doing well.

Is Eugenio right for this Mariners team?

I would love to get a stud reliever at the deadline. Chapman is always a Yankee in my mind, that all changes if he is traded to Seattle.
There are some serious studs available this year, and we have a shitload of prospect capital. Lets get it done Jerry!

What GM in their right mind would trade for him? Plus he's already on a team with a GM that is out of his mind.

Also why trade for him when it’s pretty obvious he’s going to be released shortly after the deadline, he doesn’t have any options left on his contract.

Doubt they would outright him. Probably DFA, and if he slips through bring him back to Tacoma to work on his swing.

They’re just waiting as long as possible for some sucker to trade for him. If we dfa’d him we could never trade him and we really need some new equipment
Yep.. package him in some here.. he's still a gold glove fielder who can play all over.. I doubt anyone bites.. and if they do its because we t hrew in a good prospect lol

Go get Kwan from Guardians and let him play RF. Use Locklear and Canzone as platoon DH. Polanco back to 2B with Young back to Tacoma.

Add Duran or the like and call it a day.
