In regard to Horton, wasn't he dealing with a knee injury thatYes, I go to training camp nearly every year. Some years I attend more practices than other years, but normally am in attendance at least half of the open practices every year.
Getting back on topic of the thread, I feel Tory Horton's best chance to get on the grass this year is as a PR and not as a WR. He may get some snaps at WR at some point this season, but he isn't going to be making opposing DCs lose any sleep in preparation for the Seahawks offense.

wasn't 100% when he ran speed drills?
I'm not sure we know just how fast he really is yet after healing
and building up his strength with training in off season.
He might be a big surprise and maybe it's nothing much, we just
don't really know yet in my opinion.
